GOLFTEC Course Package Expiration Date and Terms of Use
The following Terms of Use (“Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of GOLFTEC services, websites, mobile applications, and all other services we provide (hereinafter the “Services”). Please read the Terms carefully. Your use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by all terms. If you disagree with one or more of these terms or find them unacceptable in any way, please do not use the Services.

Purchase Agreement
Welcome to GOLFTEC! Congratulations on becoming our valued student by purchasing our courses or other services, and embarking on the journey of improving your golf skills! Below is a detailed description of our company's policies and terms. To protect your rights, please read carefully.
GOLFTEC Pricing and Offers
The fees charged by each center in each country may vary depending on the location.
Product Activation Policy
To ensure the quality of teaching and the progress of students, the courses provided by GOLFTEC have corresponding time limits.
- New students: Date of first purchase of course, first use of course or practice time
- Renewing students: Date of first use of course or practice time since renewal
- All swing assessments, TECFIT club customization and other course services must be activated within 12 months
- After the validity period ends, all course services will be automatically cleared
Course product validity period
The program includes a swing assessment, lessons, and practice time (90 minutes per week).
The validity period of the club customization service is 12 months.
GOLFTEC Sales Tax Policy
This document explains in detail when and why we collect sales tax. (This varies by location)
Important Note: Some states require you to pay sales tax at the time of purchase. GOLFTEC does not collect sales tax in states and territories other than those listed below. States other than Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, or Oregon likely require buyers to report and pay sales tax on all purchases not taxed at the time of sale. This tax can be reported and paid on your personal income tax return or when you file a consumer tax return. For more information, visit your state tax department's website. GOLFTEC collects sales tax in states with a physical presence (including Colorado). GOLFTEC also collects sales tax in Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. For our tax-exempt customers: GOLFTEC is exempt from collecting sales tax upon presentation of tax-exempt documentation.

Refund Policy
Lessons and Practice Time: (i) No refunds will be processed after 30 days from the date of purchase. (ii) Items purchased during a discount period can only be refunded for the discounted price within the specified timeframe (depending on the region). Unopened and unused items (not custom items) may be returned within 30 days of purchase (postage at your expense). Defective items may be exchanged or repaired by GOLFTEC. No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Lesson cancellations/absences can be rescheduled free of charge within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Golftec reserves the right to charge the course fee if you fail to show up at your scheduled appointment. Lesson fees will still be charged for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows.

You are solely responsible for your personal safety during all GOLFTEC lessons, whether at the instructional center or on the outdoor course. You assume all risks incidental to participating in lessons, practice sessions, and other services. By reading this document, you acknowledge and release GOLFTEC from all liability. You assume that you are in good health and have no special physical needs or limitations. Please inform us promptly of any special circumstances.
